2. Project Kick-Off

Your full project team is mobilised. We bring everyone to the table:

  • Hotel operator / General Manager

  • Project Manager

  • Main Contractor

  • Interior Designer or Architect

  • You, the Client

Together, we establish:

  • Programme milestones

  • Key deliverables

  • Communication protocols

  • Compliance: fire codes & operator standards

  • Design approval workflows

3. Project Information established

Between StudioBridge & the ID/Architect no stone is left un-turned - Full scope definition  is established to flush out every detail - no nasty surprises to make your project future risk-proofed from the outset

4. Finalisation & Approval

We refine, value-engineer, and confirm the plan.

  • Two rounds of specification revisions

  • Final sign off of all specifications

  • Sign-off on quantities and programme deliverables

  • Agreement on payment terms

  • 50% deposit to kick start production

5. Production & Delivery

We manage everything from fabric sourcing to final sign-off.

  • Fabrics ordered and delivered to manufacturers

  • Full project reporting (financial, programme, status & production)

  • Mid-production and final QC reporting

  • Delivery to your project warehouse, with final QC

  • Inventory and completion reports issued

  • Operating & maintenance manuals, fire safety certificates, product warranties, and care guides provided
